Cleria
Trust

Data you can defend.

Privacy, respondent anonymity, and AI-data boundaries, with aggregated reporting and clear export limits.

Security and privacy posture

The commitments we stand behind.

GDPR and privacy

Cleria is GDPR compliant and built to keep client data private and respondent data anonymous to clients.

Encryption

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to systems is limited to people who need it for their work.

Client-data separation

Your data stays private to your team. Cleria does not share client-specific data with other clients.

AI data policy

Your research data is not used to train AI models, and the AI assistant only has access to your own Cleria data.

EU data residency

Customer data is hosted in the EU, in Stockholm, Sweden.

Respondent anonymity

What clients can and cannot see.

Reporting stays aggregated. Identity stays with Cleria.

  • Client reporting is aggregated.
  • Respondents remain anonymous to clients.
  • Cleria does not expose individual respondent identities to clients.
  • Clients can export charts and the underlying metric- and question-level data.
  • Individual respondent-level data is not exported.
Research quality

Trust also depends on how the numbers are made.

The methodology page explains sampling, recruitment, quality checks, representativeness, sample sizes, error margins, and AI data policy.
