What you'll do

As our Brand & Product Marketing Lead you will take ownership of the development and the implementation of our global marketing strategy, with the aim to underline Cleria's positioning as a trusted brand within consumer research in general and brand tracking in particular. You will be our first marketing hire, which makes this an incredibly important position and requires somebody who is highly motivated to build the function from the ground up. We're a small team with a big mission, so we need someone who can be both strategic and hands-on when it comes to execution.

You'll take responsibility for a lot of areas and will likely come across tasks that we don't even know about yet, but some might include:

- Initiate and lead a complete brand refresh, working with external partners/agencies.

- Develop, own, execute and analyze our marketing and content calendar.

- Head up an exciting new marketing/education project that we have been thinking about for a long time.

- Analyze, interpret and improve/implement our product marketing communication & education towards new and existing customers.

- Implement and manage our Marketing pipeline and corresponding tools.

- Work with clients to create case studies of how they use Cleria and the insights they get from working with us.

- Establish clear processes for the team to follow when it comes to external communication, while being the go-to person when there are questions.

- Work closely with Sales & Designers to develop and manage all outgoing communication and material.

- Manage external and internal collaborators.

What You'll Need

- Min. 5 years of experience working in B2B Brand and/or Product Marketing.

- Experience working with external providers.

- Native-level English (written & spoken), additional languages are a plus.

- You're a great communicator verbally and in writing.

- Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with data.

- You're comfortable in a high-growth environment where things often change quickly

- You have an eye for detail and a great sense for design.

- You can operate at the strategic, big picture level but also with a ‘hands on” attitude.

- You're highly proficient working with modern (online) marketing tools and systems as well as social media channels.

- You tackle problems head-on and are not intimidated when you are encountering resistance or problems.

- You're a self-starter and can motivate yourself to overcome challenges and hurdles.

- Experience from a consumer research or analytics environment or related industries is a big plus.
