Consumer research - at its most basic - allows you to measure your performance vs. competitors and the category as a whole. It helps you to see which of your activities are working in terms of driving sales.
But there is more to it: It allows you to see what is holding people back from becoming customers; What retailers are driving sales; What is driving awareness, and more.
In short: Research helps you spend your money most effectively, which is relevant for companies of every size and within every category.
The advantage of having our own consumer panel is that we know every respondent, where they came from and how the have answered certain questions. It also means we can ask regular consistency questions to all our respondents, which allows us to exclude respondents who are inconsistent.
We go through the data together with you when the first research results come in, explain how everything works and what metrics to pay attention to. If you have any questions along the way, we are only an E-mail or a phone call away.

We run consumer research around the world. The only exceptions are Russia and UAE, where for data security reasons we are working with third parties instead of managing our own panel.
There is very little work involved on your side.
In general it's a good idea to schedule a call and tell us about what you want to research or what problem you are trying solve. We then make a recommendation and come up with a proposal for you. If you're research is outside of what we're good at we're happy to point you somewhere else more suitable.
If you decide to accept our proposal we will create a survey for your research. We will make recommendations for answer options, any custom questions based on the problem you are trying to solve, etc. You will always have final approval of course.
As soon as you agree with the final survey, you can sit back and relax and we will do the heavy lifting. Depending on the country you are running the research in and how many respondents you want to include we will then have the results a couple of days or weeks later. We will always update you along the way.
When the final results are in we sill send you your access details for our dashboard and schedule a run-through, where we go through all the metrics, interesting findings, etc. If you have any questions afterwards we are always happy to jump on a call to discuss or give our opinions.
One of the reasons we started Cleria was to enable smaller brands to get started with research as soon as possible. You don't need to have a certain size to benefit from the insights you are getting out of it.
Traditional consumer research companies make most of their money with consulting. That means they have an incentive to make things as complicated as possible so you pay them to explain them to you. We never charge for consulting, which is why we have an incentive to make things as easy as possible for you.
Obviously the research we do is confidential and we cannot share specific results or metrics for specific clients. However, we're happy to share some of the results our clients have achieved, and how our metrics have helped them get there.

The global internet penetration is about as high as the phone penetration. That means that with online respondent recruitment, you are able to reach the same % of the population as with phones.
